Express Fire was established in 2001 and we have recently celebrated over 22 years in business.  Fire safety is in our blood and our founding Director Lindsay has worked within the industry since the early 1970s.

No, as we are a whole-sale only supplier we do not conduct risk assessments.  However, we can happily recommend one of our fire service customers in your local area who will be able to assist you further.  Please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Our office and warehouse are open Monday to Friday between 8am and 4.30pm. You are welcome to email us outside of these times and a member of staff will get back to you as soon as possible.

Many of our TITAN Kitemarked range of fire extinguishers offer Stitching Milieukeur approval.  Stitching Milieukeur is the Dutch environmental quality label for products and services meaning that these extinguishers are less harmful to the environment.  

Look out for the Milieukeur logo in our products brochure and on the website:

Models that offer Miliekeur include 2kg and 5kg carbon dioxide, 3ltr and 6ltr wet chemical, 2ltr, 3ltr, 6ltr and 9ltr AFFF Foam, 2ltr and 6ltr high-performance Biomax foam, 2ltr and 6ltr Aquamax high-performance water extinguishers.

We also offer a range of plain water extinguishers in both the TITAN Kitemarked and TITAN UKCA ranges that do not have any additives and are just filled with pure water.

We can happily arrange to have TITAN Kitemarked and TITAN UKCA fire extinguishers personalised for customers at no additional cost.  Please note that minimum quantities apply. Please contact us for further information.

Yes, we can deliver to many countries around the world.  To discuss your specific requirements, please contact us on 0161 688 5050.

Yes, we will send confirmation to you by email containing the details of your order including prices, carriage and delivery.  It’s very important that you check the order confirmation and reply to us with anything that needs to be changed.

We have long-standing arrangements with reputable parcel and pallet courier companies which allows us to ensure that our customers receive the highest levels of service at a cost-effective price. 

Yes, we can arrange for your order to be delivered on a vehicle with a tail lift.  Please ensure that a tail lift is requested when you place your order.  There is a small additional charge for this service.

This is often possible, please advise us of your requirements when placing your order and we will do our best to arrange this for you.

We work very hard to ensure that we maintain high level of stock across the range of products that we offer.  We have over 2,500 products in stock in our Manchester warehouse and in 2022 we have expanded capacity by over 25%.  If we do not have any items in stock, we will notify you immediately and discuss any alternatives that may be suitable.

Yes, we can happily arrange this for you and there is no additional charge for this service.  Please note that standard carriage charges may be applicable dependent upon the size/value of your order.  We can also ship items under plain cover or use your paperwork.  Again, there is not a charge for this service

We do not have a minimum order value.  Please note that all orders are subject to VAT at the current rate and delivery charges may be applicable.

It may be possible for us to offer same day delivery, please contact us directly to discuss your specific requirements.  Alternatively, you can collect orders from our Trade Counter which is located just off Junction 22 of the M60 motorway in Manchester.

We have a wide variety of options including next working day delivery.  AM and timed deliveries are also available, subject to a small additional charge.  Please contact us for further information.

Yes we do!  Free delivery depends upon the size and weight of your order, please contact us for further information.

Yes, we can happily pass on any specific delivery instructions that you may have to the courier.  Although unfortunately we cannot guarantee any instructions or accept liability for instructions added. It’s always helpful if we can pass a contact telephone number to the courier company so please have this available when you place an order.

Absolutely!  Our standard cut-off time for next working days orders is 2.30pm but if your order falls outside of these times, please get in touch with our Sales Team on 0161 688 5050 or email info@expressfire.com and they will do their very best to help.

Yes absolutely.  Our Trade Counter is open 8am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday and customers are welcome to collect orders during these times.

Yes! Simply place your order in advance and let us know when you would like to collect it and our friendly warehouse team will have your order ready for when you arrive meaning that you can be back on the road as quickly as possible. 

If you haven’t placed an order in advance our warehouse staff will get the order processed and picked whilst you wait.

Our trade counter is open from 8am until 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

We can arrange to collect fire extinguishers in certain circumstances.  Where this is not possible then we can pass you the contact information of our preferred fire extinguisher collection partner.

Most fire extinguishers can be collected for disposal including water, foam, powder, wet chemical and carbon dioxide. Some specialised fire extinguishers (e.g. halon) can be collected but please contact us for further information and prices.

Should you wish to make a payment by debit/credit card then please contact our Accounts department on 0161 688 5050 option 2.  If you are visiting our Trade Counter in person then we can take a card payment using our card machine.

You can pay electronically by BACS/bank transfer, by cheque or by debit/credit card.

If you prefer to pay for your orders as you place them, that is no problem at all and payment can be made by BACS or debit/credit card.  Please note that cleared funds will be required before orders can be shipped or collected. 

Yes, we do offer credit accounts for trade customers.  All credit accounts are opened subject to satisfactory credit checks.  To apply, please email info@expressfire.com and we will forward our credit account application form for you to complete.
